SubScripto (Bontii)

SubScripto Subscription is a Danish integration between your webshop and your OnPay payment solution.

You can create specific products, which must be subscription products, or you can select entire categories, which can be both subscription products and regular products.

SubScripto Subscription makes it super flexible to offer subscription products on your webshop. With the many sub-options for SubScripto Subscription, you can find the type of subscription that suits your particular product.

How do I get started?

You must have a user on Bontii - register here and you must have activated a SubScripto Subscription via the app list from the control panel. It also requires a bit of installation on your webshop solution, but don't worry, Bontii will help you with this for free.

How is the payment made with the SubScripto Subscription?

With your payment solution and SubScripto Subscription, it goes as it always has. The payment flow for the customer is exactly the same. After the first order has been paid, SubScripto Subscription subsequently ensures that orders are created in your webshop solution.

How does the customer cancel their subscription?

Basically, it is not necessary for a user to be created on your webshop. However, if your customer intends to manage his subscription, it requires that the customer is created as a user with the email that was used when ordering.

We recommend that the customer is created as a customer on his first subscription purchase. Of course, the SubScripto Subscription can also be set to require login.

Once a customer has been created as a user on your webshop, they can then log in to the webshop. If the customer is logged in to your webshop, SubScripto Subscription will add an extra menu item to the "My subscription" user menu.

Here, the customer can manage his subscription, such as putting it on pause or changing the content of products in the subscription.
